Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order or purchasing at Hack to House Gear, you agree to the terms below and Hack to House Gear’s Privacy Policy.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

If any of these apply, please contact us at info@hacktohousegear.ca with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item in our store’s product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please get in touch with us at info@hacktohousegear.ca within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!

Please note that Hack to House Gear is not liable for damages caused to the items during transit or transportation.

For both domestic and international orders, we follow specific policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:

• We DO NOT allow returns.
• We DO NOT accept returned goods.
• Refunds are NOT given.
• We DO NOT offer exchanges of our products.
